Shichen Zhang is currently an assistant professor in Business School at Nankai University. She obtained a PhD in College of Management and Economics from Tianjin University. Her research interests focus on online platform, AI operations, and supply chain management. She has published articles in journals such as Manufacturing & Service Operations Management, European Journal of Operational Research, Decision Sciences, and Omega-The International Journal of Management Science.
